He married Margaret Chatherine McWhirter January 16, 1868. (Margaret Chatherine McWhirter is #1102.) Margaret was born May 5, 1848. Margaret died October 10, 1917 in Mart, Mclennan County, Texas, United States, at 69 years of age.

Benjamin Franklin Walls and Margaret Chatherine McWhirter had the following children:

3 ii. John A. Walls (#1104) was born February 15, 1870.

4 iii. W.F. Walls (#1105) was born December 1, 1872.

5 iv. Lizzie May Walls (#1106) was born December 14, 1874.

6 v. L.B. Walls (#1107) was born March 20, 1876.

7 vi. Claudia A. Walls (#1108) was born March 20, 1876.

8 vii. Margaret Catherine Walls (#63) was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee, United States October 11, 1882. Margaret died May 3, 1955 at 72 years of age. She married John Carrington Sparks in Groesbeck, Limestone County, Texas, United States, April 7, 1901. (John Carrington Sparks is #62.) John was born August 25, 1881. John was the son of Benjamin Franklin Sparks and Mary Winifred Sandel. John died September 6, 1941 at 60 years of age. (See John Carrington Sparks for the continuation of this line.)

9 viii. Collie F. Walls (#1109) was born October 19, 1884.
