James David Pinkston and Elizabeth had the following child:

Hortense Lavinia³ Pinkston (#391) was born in Williamson, Tennessee, United States October 17, 1863.⁽⁶²³⁾ Hortense died October 2, 1894 in Moody, McLennan County, Texas, United States, at 30 years of age.⁽⁶²⁴⁾ She married Jesse G. Garner in Williamson, Tennessee, United States, May 20, 1880.⁽⁶²⁵⁾ (Jesse G. Garner is #390.) Jesse was born in Williamson, Tennessee, United States October 8, 1858.⁽⁶²⁶⁾ Jesse was the son of David B. Garner and Harriet A.E. Poyner.
